RIGHTS TO IMAGES 

• The artist reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. All reproduction rights are retained by the artist herself. Any purchased artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission from Carena Leigh.
  

EXPECTATIONS AND REFUNDS

• Each original piece is handmade, expect some imperfections; this is what makes each piece unique! No original can be recreated exactly.
  
• Color in actual item may appear slightly different than what is viewed on your computer screen. We do our best to match what you see to online to the originals, but it is difficult for us to compensate for everyone's personal computer settings.
  
• No refunds or exchanges on items unless item is damaged in shipping. Must show proof of damage. Contact us for any special circumstances.

SHIPPING POLICY 

• Shipping rates vary per order, and per destination provided by UPS, FedEx and USPS. Customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, customs and handling costs. A USPS Tracking number will be provided upon shipment.

SHIPPING DETAILS

• All works are wrapped in protective shipping material and sent in a rigid cardboard box. Orders will be shipped via USPS priority mail or FedEx. All artwork is insured for its value during shipping. Should any artwork be lost or damaged, please contact us. Once the shipper pays out the insurance claim, we can offer refunds for original paintings and replacements for prints.
